KislavDier

Kislavdier is a piece for a disklavier piano programmed in Max MSP. The program generates random pitch sets based on 30 presets, as well as by the control of the user. The user can use a midi controller, such as an Akai APC Mini to choose presets, adjust tempo, adjust velocity, trigger a random number of pitches in each pitch set, and randomly generate a new pitch set. This project began in the fall of 2024 and was recorded at the Peabody Institute in November of 2024.
